His ability to oversee multiple projects, bringing them in on time and on budge, has made him a respected figure in the field of residential investment development. He has owned and managed multiple companies ranging from construction and private lending to retails real estate sales and managing rental property. His vast experience and wide-range of business skills forms the foundation of Thompson & Forslund Construction. Robert is a licensed Georgia Residential Contractor and a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Joel M Forslund, Vice-President

    Joel Forslund focuses on pushing hard to keep current projects flowing and new projects coming in. Being a licensed Real Estate Agent and having a Finance degree from Auburn, Joel has a keen eye for land development and knowing what the customer wants. He is very personable and has worked with hundreds of home owners, ensuring quality and persistance. He has sold numerous houses and land parcels all over Metro Atlanta. He has a finance background which allows him to manage finacially the construction process, overseeing cash-flow and payment schedules. Combining his enthusiastic "go getter" attitude and attention to detail make him the dynamic Vice-President in our construction projects.
